Let's watch the beauty of food being made and enjoy tasting it afterwards. "ORIGAMI is a type of play that is handed down from one generation to another. ONIGIRI is a food that delivers the warmth of people molding a handful of rice. And, a special Ableton digital poetry presentation by Dan Freeman, The Brooklyn Digital Conservatory (CØm1x).
Curated by Susan Brennan, poets will be joined by bass player Fumio Tashiro, his live progressive jazz band, Water Brain, and ethereal video projections by Miho Morita. Enjoy fresh chocolate, exquisite teas, sake, Japanese morsels and browse gorgeous Japanese artisan merchandise at this neighborhood treasure chest of rare and enchanting items.
