The Brooklyn Digital Conservatory will present an Ableton Live Masterclass, “Innovating Ways of Producing and Performing Using Ableton Live 9,” 4pm-6pm, featuring Ableton Certified Trainers Ben Casey and Dan FreeMan (CØm1x). Join us on Saturday, November 21st, 6:30 PM as J+B Design & Cafe and Boutique hosts the sixth The World's Oldest Ship poetry reading, featuring poets Joseph Legaspi, Maja Lukic and José Olivarez. Poets will be joined by bass player Fumio Tashiro, his live progressive jazz band, Water Brain, and ethereal video projections by Miho Morita. Treat the rest of yourself with fresh chocolate, sake, exquisite teas and gorgeous Japanese artisan merchandise at J+B Design and Café, a neighborhood treasure chest of rare and enchanting items.
